Exchange rights

Exchanges are granted on a goodwill basis and must be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods. The goods must be unwashed, unworn, and in their complete original condition. Soiled or damaged items are excluded from exchange.

Please note that both the return shipping costs and the shipping of the exchanged goods are to be borne by the customer.

How to exchange:

2. Please state that you wish to exchange the purchased goods for a different size, and be sure to include your order number and contact details so that we can assign your request.

3. After receiving your request, we will contact you and send you all further instructions regarding the exchange process via email.
