Shipping and Delivery

 

Shipping is exclusively handled by Swiss Post. Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and are generally between 2 and 14 working days. Delivery time indications are non-binding and can be affected, in particular, by customs clearance or logistical delays.


Shipping outside Switzerland

Orders with a delivery address outside Switzerland are shipped according to the international shipping terms DAP (Delivered at Place).

This means that import duties, value-added tax (VAT), and other country- or region-specific charges may be levied by the respective shipping service provider or the competent authorities. These costs arise upon import into the destination country and are to be paid by the customer upon delivery.

No foreign VAT or import costs are calculated in the online shop.


Costs and Responsibility

The customer is obliged to fully bear all costs associated with the import. These include, in particular:

  • Import duties
  • VAT of the destination country
  • Processing fees of the shipping service provider
  • Other import or clearance fees


Non-acceptance of Delivery

The non-acceptance of delivery due to unpaid import, customs, or other fees is not considered a valid revocation or withdrawal from the purchase contract.

Such refusal of acceptance is legally treated as a delivered shipment. In this case, there is no right to a refund or return of the goods.

Any additional costs incurred due to non-acceptance (e.g., return shipping costs, storage fees, or administrative expenses) may be charged to the customer.


General Information

By completing the order, the customer expressly agrees that any import costs in the destination country will be borne by them and that there is no right to return or refund based on such costs.
