Right of withdrawal

Under Swiss law, consumers generally do not have a legally enshrined right of withdrawal or return for purchase agreements concluded online. By submitting an order, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected products, which becomes legally valid upon our acceptance. Therefore, there is no legal entitlement to subsequent revocation, return, or exchange of the goods.

Notwithstanding this, we voluntarily and without acknowledging any legal obligation grant you the option to withdraw from your order or return delivered goods. This goodwill arrangement is at our sole discretion and subject to the conditions stated below.

A prerequisite for a return is that the goods are sent back to us unused, undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging. Products with signs of use, damaged packaging, or incomplete delivery contents are excluded from return or can only be refunded with a corresponding deduction.

Furthermore, a return is only possible within a reasonable period after receipt of the goods. The specific deadline and the processing of the return will be individually agreed upon with you. Please contact our customer service before any return to clarify the further procedure and to obtain a return number.

The costs for the return and any shipping risks are generally borne by the customer, unless otherwise expressly agreed. Shipping costs already incurred are generally not refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions or are made without prior arrangement.
